The game is also a tool for upward social mobility of talented young players. It is a platform for transformation of lives of talented players from “nothing to something” Therefore, we have agreed a COLLABORATION between TAC’90 and Global Sports Developments for a Players Pathway Development Program (PPDP) for talented players transfer/movement to Holland (Dutch Clubs) and by extension, other European clubs. The Player Pathway Development Program is a short and long term football business module that involves players discovery, transition, integration, adaptation, development, transformation and evolution in Holland and other parts of European football market.

Global Sport Development, an affiliate of TAC’90, our hub in the Netherlands, is a premier football scouting agency dedicated to unearthing, cultivating, and facilitating the transfer of exceptional talent into foreign professional clubs.With a team of experienced scouts,coaches,and industry experts,the company leverages its extensive global network and cutting-edge player assessment methodologies to identify and develop the next generation of football superstars.

We assembled a team of experienced scouts and player development specialists operating across six continents.Through our extensive scouting events and proprietary evaluation methods,we identify the game’s future stars at the earliest stages of their careers. We then work closely with these players and their families to refine their skills,improve their physical conditioning,and prepare them for the demands of professional football.

The Facilitation of Coutonu 2023 International Football Scouting Programme

The COTONOU 2023 INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL SCOUTING PROGRAMME in the Republicof Benin embodies our organization’s commitment to empowering exceptional young footballers to achieve their dreams of becoming professional players.Thirteen teams from the Republic of Benin, Togo,and Nigeria were invited to participate in this international scouting program, providing a platformfor talented young players to showcase their skills and take a crucial step towards realizing
theirfootball aspirations.
